Toggle Bobble - ES Theme
UPDATE 10 April 2023: I have sent request to RetroPie to add to the theme script. It has been added to my theme script downloaded. Here are the GitHub files:

I had this wheel set I started to create back in August 2021. I only had a handful left to make so I ended up doing it and then whipped up this theme for old time sake. I have missed the hobby a little but I am still not going to get back into it.
The community has moved onto Retrobat/Batocera, which is a great front end, it's just not for me. I have always been an ES guy on Raspberry Pi.
I will release this theme to my script and I might even get it thrown onto the official ES Theme downloaded to in the coming weeks.
