UPDATE ON SPIRIT WALL MECHANIC: At the start, if you stay directly north of Rasial, back to the wall, the spirit wall won't hit you. (Make sure to be in one of the cardinal directions of Rasial/Perpendicular to the boss)
With the release of Necromancy, we also got a few new bosses with Rasial as the main star.

If you want to finish the necromancy storyline or if you want to beat Rasial
but you're struggling with surviving, this guide is here to alleviate some of that stress.
First, you may need to know how to combo eat all in one tick with 3 different items
in correct order:
solid food (like this rocktail or shark) then blue blubber jellyfish then sara brew
again, that's solid good, blue blubber, than any type of brew or potion.
Always combo eat if your HP is low or if the mechanics hurt too much.
Next, we want to have a look at how to handle his mechanics:
Before we start the fight, make sure your bone shield is toggled on.
Rasial will always attack with necromancy damage so you want to have your
deflect necromancy prayer on for the initial phases. However, you will get
injured for a few seconds so be aware that your deflect prayer will switch off.
Avoid getting too close to rasial by staying 3 tiles away at least so as not
to trigger his dive mechanic that causes him to move away and summon some spirits.
When this happens though, move close again to him in one of his cardinal directions,
check your prayer, and just tank the rest of the minions- if you think they hurt too
much though, clear them with thread and blood siphon to heal.
There are soul obelisks that, throughout the fight, will charge rasial's soul stacks
if you see these 5 orbs fill up green completely, ensure your protection prayer is on
and use devotion/debilitate or reflect. (Otherwise you can just tank it and
spam eat if you're confident)
The reason why i mentioned about the cardinal direction earlier, being directly N,S,E,W is
because of the spirit wall mechanic. Once he reaches half HP, this will happen and
it's easier to dodge from that position simply walking back and forth perpendicularly.
Otherwise if it passes by your stationary character,
it will cause heavy typeless damage that can't be blocked with prayer.
Rasial will jump to you and use spectral scythe sometimes. This will stun and disable prayer.
Freedom and move away from him as you eat.
The first time this happens is around 1:23 so if you reach that point before the last phase,
use anticipate at 1:17 and move out once he jumps.
You can also use disruption shield at time like when he shouts
"suffer at my hand" to avoid the extra damage but you can typically tank that with your prayer.
Once his HP is 1/4th of the way or 200k in normal mode, the last phase begins where he jumps
north on the stage. At this point, your deflect prayer is useless because there are
constant storms that follow you in the ground. Flick to soulsplit, keep adrenaline up
and use barricade if your adren was at max, otherwise use reflect or debilitate
and constantly hit as these explosions can stack with rasial's constant auto attacks.
Keep your HP up with spam combo eat.
You can also run around to dodge some of it and if you're having a hard time doing damage during
this, let your skeleton and other conjures deal damage for you.
That's it for the mechanics, know that the ghost will help heal you, defensives is your friend,
and your prayer will keep you alive.
For your familiar, I recommend a pack yak or mammoth filled with food, then once you're
more comfortable, switch to a hellhound to tank some damage or blood reaver with scrolls
for extra heals.
As for your preset, you want to have, aside from your Best necromancy gear, a salve amulet or
soul amulet, Ring of death, portent of life, your best cape like the 99 cape or Zuk cape
and an inventory filled with food and brews, 1 overload, and about 2 prayer pots or spiritual prayer pot when
using reaver or pack mammoth. Also have all your necromancy runes, excalibur and adrenaline potion.
On screen too are some good defensive perks to have that can help, which you will want to upgrade
once you're used to Rasial.
That's it!
