Georgian lamb skewers ( Shashlik )

Shashlik is probably the best known Georgian kabab that is grilled all over the world. It is normaly cubes of lamb marinated in wine vinegar and bbq with skewer over hot coals.
Ingredients:
2,2 lbs (1 kg) Leg of lamb
2 Garlic clove
1 Onion
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Fennel Powder
1 tsp Dry fenugreek
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1.5 tsp Sea salt
3 tbsp Red wine vineger
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Chopped fresh coriander
