[Comfort Zone] Thoughts on Kojimas Departure
Edit: this video just kinda sucks and I put too little effort into it
My thoughts on Kojima departing from Konami. The portion in which I speak about Silent Hills, I was not implying that PT was a dependable source for how SH will play out, but apparently I forgot to say in the midst of my ranting. It's also worth mentioning that Konami can't just get Team Silent back together to pick up where KojiPro left off. Part of that team is stuck in mobile game development hell, while the rest ran off to work on the Siren series, I believe. In terms of clout, Kojima seems to also be in the good grace of many other Japanese and American developers, especially platinum games. I think it's safe to say he will not be hurting for work, and we will not be hurting for more content from him in the future.
