Didn’t meditate or stretch this is how my day went
Not always positive but real talk. Some days you take the l, you don’t get the win. Some maybe you didn’t earn it, maybe the work didn’t get done, these are the natural consequences. You fall on your face and who you say you are and what you do don’t match. Well like 50 cent said, like I got hit.. but I’m still breathing so I must be hear for a real reason. That’s it, take the l, move on and keep working. . That’s how winners are made… there is no secret.. just this reminder.
