The date filter in Excel is not working.
The date appears as a date in the table, but the problem is that Excel treats it as text. Our task is to convert the text to a date. To do this, I load the table into Power Query, as the add-in can automatically convert formats.
Loading the table into Power Query:
Data - From Range Table - Table with Headers - OK
Exporting the table from Power Query:
Home - Close and Load In - Table - New Sheet - OK
Test the filter - if months and years appear, everything is working.
