Solving a critical bug/incident in production (post mortem)
This post-mortem is based on a real critical incident/bug that recently occurred in my SaaS system and shows the process for debugging a problem.
The format of this video is what we call a post-mortem. Many companies, when they experience incidents like this, gather a group of people who participated in the problem and the solution, document a timeline of what happened, and at the end, discuss why it happened and how to avoid it in the future.
