Curtis Ogden and Karen Spiller are joining us today to share about their work with the Food Solutions New England (FSNE) Network, a network with a bold vision that calls for New England to build the capacity to produce at least 50% of its food by 2060 while supporting healthy food for all, sustainable farming and fishing, and thriving communities. In his day job, Curtis is a Senior Associate with the Interaction Action institute for Social Change (IISC), and serves as a social architect, process designer, facilitator, educator and network weaver in support of social change efforts and leaders working at the intersection of racial justice and environmental sustainability. His work has included serving as lead facilitator of the Food Solutions New England Network, and co-coordinator of the FSNE 21 Day Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge. Karen is Principal of KAS Consulting and provides mission-based consulting with a focus on resource matching, board development, and strategic planning for health and equity-focused initiatives. She has extensive experience in working with youth, young adults and community members in a variety of educational and training programs.
