DEMAK casting process, tested with all the main worldwide capacitors producers, is consisting in a pre-vacuum cycle with a heated capacitors, in order to take out all possible humidity inside the part; the vacuum casting with bi-component resin and a final topping off in air . The perfect resin level is granted by a laser tool.
Resin and hardener are previously treated in our Continuous Vacuum CV tanks, thus granting top quality dialectical performances.
