What is a Bidding Process?
It is a binding administrative procedure by which the public administration selects the most advantageous proposal for the acquisition of products.
Why is it done? Public Bidding?
Its purpose is a dispute or competition to establish a winner, the one who will supply the product to the public administration.
When is Public Bidding done?
It's when acquiring public needs.
a) Meals - prisons, Military Police, Military Fire Department, social projects;
b) Schools – acquisition of furniture, school desks and teacher's desks, installation of ceilings, air conditioning services for school units, acquisition of school supplies;
c) Hospitals, cleaning services, laundry services for hospital sheets and pillowcases, acquisition of medicines and surgical instruments, acquisition of oxygen cylinders, food supply;
d) Works, earthmoving services, paving, construction and renovation of schools, health centers, police stations and building maintenance services;
