dPrep - Applying the "Research Scrum" method and getting organized on Git(Hub)
In this recorded Livestream of "Data Preparation and Workflow Management" (https://dprep.hannesdatta.com), I explain to students a simple but highly effective way to manage team projects, i.e., an adaptation to the infamous "Scrum" method. I give students some time to work on creating manageable issues for their team projects and create a prioritization on their GitHub project boards. Finally, I solve some of the issues myself, especially those that focus on inspecting & preparing the data for analysis.
