Georeferencing in QGIS
Step 1: Open the QGIS map that you'll be Georeferencing to.
Step 2: Give your QGIS map contrast.
Step 3: Open the Qgis georeferencer.
Step 4: Open the scanned image you want to georeferenced.
Step 5: The scan is open.
Step 6: Find ground control points.
Step 7: Match at least 4 ground control points.
