How To Add a Hyperlink to an Image in Pages (Mac)

Ever tried to add a hyperlink to an image in pages and found out you couldn't? The same thing happened to me and I came across the workaround.

Here are the steps:

- Make sure you are inside of Mac's "Pages" Program

- Insert the image into your document

- Create a text box

- Set the size of the text box to match the size of your image

- Fill in the full box with text, I recommend using "i's" because they're straight up and down. Fill the entire box (as shown in the video)

- Double click inside the text box to highlight everything and then make sure you're under "Format" and go to the "Style" section

- If there is a border, remove it.

- Change the opacity of the box from 100% down to 0% so the text disappears completely

- Make sure the text box is over the button 100% so that the whole box will be a clickable link.

That's it! You did it, congrats!

Now simply save it as a PDF and you've got yourself a hyperlinked image inside your PDF.
