How to install a harmonic balancer on dodge 4.7 motor
I didnt see to many helpful videos so i put one up of my 02 Ram 4.7
It was too easy but still some mau question how to install one. Many would just used the harmonic balancer bolt with impact. You can strip the crankshaft threads and then what? So rent a special tool from an auto parts store and geuss what? Not only will you have done the job right, you get your money back.
Tools needed -
harmonic balancer install tool, crescent wrench, 1 socket with ratchet. (Socket may very in size. The one i used was a 17mm) and engine assembly lube.
