Watch the first part of this multi-video tutorial where we model a futuristic spaceship/car in Blender 2.63. This video is a timelapse set at 400%, meaning that this took about 30 minutes in real time. The design is based off of a thumbnail sketch, and the car is just progressing and evolving as it goes along. The software used is Blender 2.63 and Cycles, which can be downloaded from http://www.blender.org
The music is "Weapon Of Choice" by Fat Boy Slim. If you haven't watched the music video for this, you should, it's hilarious.
