Using the GR pottery form, I am making a slab-built pottery bowl. First, I will be rolling out a thin slab of clay and then dropping it on top of the GR pottery forms. I use the foot cutter tool to make the foot.
My name is Yvonne, I am a potter from Vancouver BC. To me, pottery is my meditation, my getaway from stress and life. This channel is my Vlog of my pottery journey to show others the beauty of pottery, how relaxing it is, and how you can do it too!
As I mold clay, a feeling of calming and relaxation flows through me. It is a meditative process, which is why I stay silent as I work.
