[PS3] No picture or sound [CANT TURN OFF] [HELP]

I have here a first generation PS3 that recently had 3 ylod issues that were fixable. After fixing the PS3 many times, this issue came up. I am wondering if anyone who knows how to fix this is able to help me out? I believe it is a hardware issue since the motherboard is really old and is first generation because there is no picture or sound and the ps3 won't turn off once started.
If anyone could give some assistance or tell me what the issue is and if its fixable or not that would be greatly appreciated.
*Also, I have tried entering the system into recovery mode and it doesn't work.*
