Lisa Huang-North is a customer-focused, data-driven product leader at Microsoft. Previously, she was a Product Lead at Planet where she drove double-digit growth, and her team launched third-party product integrations with Google Earth Engine, ESRI ArcGIS, and QGIS.
Lisa has over a decade of industry experience spanning strategic consulting, finance, digital marketing, and full-stack software engineering. She founded an award-winning digital marketing agency that built digital strategy and brand activation campaigns for Singapore Airlines, Vitamin Water, City of Cape Town, and more. Lisa has mentored some great teams along the way, through her work as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Cape Innovation and Technology Initiative (CiTi), Africa’s most established tech incubator. In 2020, Lisa moderated a live interactive session with a keynote speaker and took the stage in 2021 for her talk Culture: Creating, Measuring and Sustaining Teams that Thrive.

Lisa Kostova is the founder of the CareerClimb™ suite of executive development programs for mid-career women in tech, the founder of the popular Product VP Challenge (the next Challenge starts Jan 15 - join at www.productvpchallenge.com) and the host of the Female Tech Exec podcast. As a mountaineer who has summited Denali, Lisa is passionate about bringing the principles of leadership, perseverance and grit to women in tech who are at a risk of dropping out - to inspire them to climb higher and break the trail for other women behind them.
Lisa is a self-proclaimed “cultural mutt” who speaks five languages and has lived in six countries. She is also a certified yoga teacher and an avid skier, climber and mountaineer, having summited Denali in 2019. She is currently working on her book “Climb your Career Mountain as a Female in Tech”, to be published in 2022. Following her 2020 talk, 5 Keys to Progressing in Your Career Beyond Senior PM, Lisa moderated the panel, Stay in the Room in 2021.

Women In Product's Cyronne Counts, Director of Programs, hosts this event. Most recently the Global Product Manager, Digital Transfer Papers for Neenah Coldenhove, Cyronne’s experience includes positions in the Chemical and Paper industries in manufacturing, market development, market research, and consulting.
Cyronne is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering, and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Cyronne joined Lisa Kostova's panel Stay in the Room at the Women In Product Conference 2021.
