Join us on an unforgettable road trip from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert, where we explored breathtaking landscapes, historic sites, and hidden gems—all without booking a tour company! 🚘✨

The journey is 8+ hours long, but we turned it into an adventure by stopping at some of the most incredible locations along the way. In this vlog, we’ll share cinematic shots, essential travel tips, where to stay, what to eat, and what to avoid to help you plan your own trip!

🌍 Stops Along the Way:

📍 Tizi n’Tichka Pass – One of Morocco’s highest mountain passes, offering jaw-dropping views of the Atlas Mountains. A must-visit for stunning panoramas! 🏔️✨

📍 Ait Ben Haddou – A UNESCO-listed ksar (fortified village) famous for its mud-brick architecture. This place is legendary—it’s been featured in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones! 🎬🏰 We were lucky to witness the most amazing sunset over this historic site, making it an unforgettable moment. 🌅

📍 Hotel Stay in the Middle of Nowhere – Instead of stopping in Ouarzazate, we spent the night at a castle-like hotel in the middle of the desert. It felt like something straight out of a movie—isolated, peaceful, and surreal. 🏰✨

📍 Dades Gorge – This place is breathtaking! The landscape is dominated by dramatic limestone rock formations, winding roads, and deep gorges. We explored the stunning scenery and experienced the warm hospitality of the Berber people. 🌄

📍 Merzouga (Sahara Desert) – We finally arrived at the gateway to the Sahara Desert, home to the massive Erg Chebbi dunes! 🌍🐪 Our adventure continues in the next vlog, where we explore the desert, ride camels, and spend a night under the stars. Stay tuned for the next episode!

💡 Travel Tips & What to Expect:

✅ Where to Stay: Budget and luxury options for each stop! 🏨
✅ What to Eat: Traditional Moroccan dishes like tagine, Berber pizza, and mint tea. 🍲☕
