বাংলাদেশ-ভারতের একটি আন্তঃসীমান্ত নদীর নাম সোমেশ্বরী। ভারতের মেঘালয় রাজ্যের গারো পাহাড়ের বিভিন্ন ঝর্ণাধারা ও পশ্চিম দিক থেকে রমফা নদীর স্রোতধারা একত্রিত হয়ে সোমেশ্বরী নদীর সৃষ্টি। সর্পিলাকার এই নদীটির দৈর্ঘ্যে ৫০ কিলোমিটার এবং প্রস্থ গড়ে ১১৪ মিটার। নদীটি প্রবাহিত হয়- ভারতের মেঘালয়ের পশ্চিম গারো পাহাড় এবং বাংলাদেশের নেত্রকোনা জেলায়। মেঘালয় রাজ্যের বাঘমারা বাজার হয়ে বাংলাদেশের রাণীখং পাহাড়ের কাছ দিয়ে সোমেশ্বরী নদীটি বাংলাদেশে প্রবেশ করেছে। সোমেশ্বরী নদীর মূলধারা তার উৎসস্থলে প্রায় বিলুপ্ত। বর্ষা মৌসুম ছাড়া অন্য কোন মৌসুমে পানি প্রবাহ প্রায় থাকে না।
Someshwari River is a major river in the Indian state of Garo Hills of Meghalaya and Netrakona District of Bangladesh. It is one of Bangladesh's trans-boundary rivers.
Someshwari River flows in Bangladesh through the Susang-Durgapur and other areas of Netrakona District.
