WHY MY LS ENGINE BLEW UP...
A few weeks ago when we were tuning my 408ci LS3 based engine on the Dyno, we had catastrophic engine failure. We were pushing around 800hp on the Twin Turbo LS set up.
It looks like the Cam Bearings froze which caused the bearing material to be scattered through out the block wiping everything out.
We also visited the USAC 410 Non wing sprint car race and did a few other fun things around the shop, as we prep the 2jz for a fresh engine rebuild.
