The biggest nightmare of travelling in Indian Railways is using the Dirty Washrooms or the hygiene issues in the train. However, Indian Rail has come up with a One Stop Solution for all our train travel related issues. The Application is called Rail Madad app.
In this app, we can complain from bribery, hygiene issues, dirty washrooms, red roll, broken windows, electricity and whatever else we might need during train travel. All we need to just your PNR number and upload a picture of the issue. Within a short while, TTE, RPF or Train Staff Manager will come and resolve your issue.
However, if you yourself are caught littering the train or damaging the train property, you will be fined 500 rupees for the same. Watch the video to know all!
