William Birkin Rampages and Evolves in MUGEN
William Birkin from Resident Evil 2 is one of the coolest Resident Evil bosses and that's just a fact. All his G forms are so sick, G-3 being my favorite, and I think this MUGEN character translates them well so I just wanted to put him in my MUGEN's arcade and see how he would perform.
