India Has Less Alzheimer's. Is It the Curry?
In a city-to-city comparison, India had one-sixth the Alzheimer's as the USA. The researchers said, "the lower prevalence of Alzheimer's in India is generally attributed to the turmeric consumption as a part of curry." What is the science behind this claim?
