Lenovo Legion 5 stutter and probable cause
Repro steps:
1. Run a stock Windows application in high performance mode
2. Unplug power
3. Notice stutters
Alternative repro steps:
1. Plug in external display and wait for nvidia to run windows apps on dGPU
2. Unplug external display
3. Notice stutters. It is possible that when apps unload, stutters will disappear, but that's not always the case
It seems stutters appear on iGPU when a STOCK Windows application is running on dGPU
Stutters seem to be affected by external display and power (plugged/unplugged)
When a problematic app is running on dGPU, stutters will appear on ALL applications running on iGPU; this means entire windows will stutter except mouse
