Because this run is heavily optimized, we might be close to the theoretical fastest penis possible.
I abandoned my top-cock strat (where steve places the left nut and the shaft first) from my previous run in favor of the more optimal bottom dong strat (where steve shorthops to place the nutsack first before double jumping to complete the shaft) that got MR. High Tide his record setting peen just a few weeks ago.
I suspect that a new variation on the top-cock strategy could potentially be more optimal than any bottom dong strat, but I haven't been able to pull off the "Pech" (short for penis-tech) any faster than 2/3rds speed in training mode, and time slowing isn't allowed in the any% category rules. When "Tool-Assisted-Boners" (TAB) becomes a more broadly attempted category, I suspect this strategy will be one of the first adopted. For now, bottom dong reigns supreme.
Recorded in 60fps and counted frames from the first frame the block is placed until the first frame the last block is placed. I counted frames this way for all the other submissions and this beats out the other world record submissions by Cowspawner and MR. High Tide for current first place.
