Humanitarian Medicine at Amazônia | Amazon Mission
The Amazon Mission is a project that brings students and medical professors by Inspirali Schools of Medicine to promote humanitarian actions on a voluntary basis in the north of Brazil. Gynecological, pediatric and family health services are offered to riverside populations, as well a guidance on basic prevention and health promotion actions.
Furthermore increase the health of people in a vulnerability situation, the actions bring a lesson to our students, who not only learn a profession, but also have the opportunity to learn about the individual, about the reality of the other one, the less favored.
