In this video, I go over one of the most underrated Archero skill, Chilling Blast and show you why it might be more than an E tier ability. In this battle, after I pick chilling blast, I realized that it is almost impossible to get hit! Also in this I also show some of my favorite anime scenes that show how fodder/mobs would feel if chilling blast hit them.
