MetroWrapz: The Last Ride - Fast & Furious Tribute Wrap Process
🚗💨 ‘The Last Ride’ pays direct tribute to the legendary impact of 'Fast & Furious' on car culture. Inspired by the film and the vivid artistry of comics, we pushed the boundaries on our 2020 Toyota Supra.
🛠️ The ‘Nuclear Gladiator’ character on the car’s side and every exterior line were hand-drawn to enhance the natural highlights and exaggerated body lines. Printed on @AveryDennisonVideo SF 100 Conform Chrome with DOL 1080Z Matte Overlaminate, it gives the vehicle the aluminum look of an oversized “Hot Wheels” car.
🎨 For the interior, we incorporated AI as an additional tool in our creative arsenal. This technology helped finalize the art used on the rims, seats, doors, and trunk jambs. Smaller details, like the inside barrels of the rims, calipers, and pinstriping around the carbon fiber lips, were wrapped in reflective material. The rear spoiler was wrapped in printed carbon fiber.
