I Spent $80K Building My Dream Shop… Was It Worth It?
I've spent $80,000 on this 1700 sqft pole barn shop, and now the final touches are underway (access road, retaining walls, grading) but we've hit some surprises along the way!
My 36x48 home garage workshop is ALMOST done! We'll go over the total cost of the project and how much I've spent to get to this point. Now I just need to finally get power into the shop, frame the walls, and put up interior sheathing. At that point, I'd say we're done...for now!
