During my solo trip to Lima, Peru I stayed the best hostel in Miraflores.
The Black Llama is the best stay for solo travelers. Here's some tea on what went down......
On your first night you get a "free drink" card. So you know I had to take advantage. I unload my things, take a nap and freshen up, then it's time to head upstairs to the bar. Little did I know it was Salsa night, so the bar was THICK. People staying at the hostel and locals were up in there having the time of their life. I had a few drinks, indulged in the free salsa lessons and made some new friends. They say staying at a hostel is one of the best ways to make friends when solo traveling. The Black Llama understood the assignment. If you stay in Miraflores you HAVE to stay at the Black LLama
