We've been doing PE WITH JOE WICKS (#PEWITHJOE) for a whole week now and it has been a GREAT way to start the (home)school day! On Friday, Joe asked us to come up with a workout routine of our own...so here it is (instructions below):
With SIX KIDS, and the world on lockdown because of Coronavirus, we've been able to do the live exercise routines as a family, have fun, and stay fit. It was difficult for the first couple of days, and bodies were sore, but we persevered and have really enjoyed the FREE live PE lessons with The Body Coach (Joe Wicks).
