Desktop support allows you to compile Flutter source code to a native Windows, macOS, or Linux desktop app. Flutter’s desktop support also extends to plugins—you can install existing plugins that support the Windows, macOS, or Linux platforms, or you can create your own.
In this video, I will show you how to run Flutter 2 for Desktop for Windows App. What you need to run Flutter for Desktop is that:
1. Oracle JDK
2. Git for Windows
3. Flutter SDK
4. Android Studio or VS Code
5. Most importantly, Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Community Version with Development with C++ Opt-in.
