Dashcam Polarizing Filter Comparison
Running an Aukey DR02 Dashcam with the Spytec A11CPL Polarizing filter. Vehicle is a 2016 Chevy Colorado. This dash cam has two cameras, one forward and one rear-facing. Both record in 1080P.
I noticed a huge improvement on the amount of glare coming off the dashboard with the polarizing filter installed. Colors seem more vibrant, and the reflection is almost gone. It also makes the video appear less washed out.
