Kicking drills with the heavy bag are an important part of taekwondo sparring training for high level athletes. In this video you will learn more ways to use kicking drills to promote power, stability, speed and endurance as well as concentration. It takes a lot of mental concentration to make your body move quickly in these drills which is vital to your progress as a sparring athlete or just a budding tae kwon do practitioner. These drills will help you progress faster in your training.
