We are talking about the i7-9700KF, delid and lapping, on a Z170 Xpower board. This allows you to run a cheap, sub 500$ platform that will run anything north of RTX 3090 performance with no issues. Excellent for 4K and 1440p gaming. Will get you over 300fps on 1080p as well.
