Owners, Rob and Rachel Kelsey, purchased the company in 2015. During their ownership, the company has grown over 200% and currently has 65 employees.
The #SharonTheDream hashtag was inspired by an Springfield Remanufacturing Company employee who took what she learned at work and applied it to her life at home.
