Act 2 begins with Count Von Count doing a parody of a popular dance show called “Dancing with the Monsters” while Abby Cadabby experiences the transformative abilities of caterpillars into beautiful butterflies. And artist Grover mixes up the pigment power of the three primary colors. In the end, Elmo learns that magic can be found anywhere when you believe in yourself and that it’s okay to make mistakes.
