Pixelmator + Apple Motion = Pro YouTuber
Pixelmator 2.3.4 adds Apple Motion Project export features and this tutorial shows how to use it. IMO Pixelmator is the best Photoshop replacement. I use it for YouTube thumbnails, LUTs, and animations.
