1. Low molecular weight heparin
2. Anticoagulant
3. Parenteral use (S/C, I/V)
4. Action - Increase activity of antithrombin lll (AT lll), Selectively Inhibit factor Xa (Clotting factor)
5. Use - Myocardial infraction (MI), Pulmonary embolism, Deep venous Thrombosis (DVT)
6. Adverse effect - Bleeding, Heparin induced thrombocytopenia, Osteoporosis
