Test Result of Rice Cake Machine SYP4509 (CE Certiied / Titanium Coated Moulds with Switch Box Up-positioned), "Thin Crispy Chip Type" : Round Shape of 45mm diameter x thin thickness about 2-3mm, and production capacity of 9 pcs / cycle (About 3,240 pcs / hour), with rice mix (white rice & brown rice).
The moulds are Titanium Coated ones for smooth movement and popping process as well as easier cleaning, and the Switch Box is moved up-positioned for easy access and adjustment.
The machine also has "Pressure Support Valve" under the cylinder to keep stable pressure for long using time, for your information.
The test result was very good in shape and texture (Super Crispy!) with smooth production, as the video. You can change the surface shape and thickness of the snack, by simple adjustment of the machine.
