Hello! I've been active online since 2013, helping people bounce back from rock bottom. I bounced back from rock bottom in 2009, so I'm not only a theoretician but also, above all, a practitioner. Since then, I've built a house myself, completed my studies, published two books: "How I Made Hell into Paradise" and "A Course in Realizing Dreams." I also started a channel where I share my knowledge and experience on addiction and personal development, both seriously and with humor :-)
