J.B. Harold Murder Club (PC Engine CD/Turbografx CD) Analysis - ChronCD Episode 39
Hudson releases its internally developed murder mystery to both regions. While titles like this existed before in the East, especially on computers like the PC-9800 series, they were also ported to the PC Engine CD (and were covered in this series). This was one the first PC games ported, localized to English, and released in the West. J.B. Harold Murder Club is more robust, feels more like a game, and gives a hint to some of the upcoming FMV titles like Sherlock Holmes.
