Are the PUBG developers blind when it comes to cheaters? In this video, we break down the results of the Q2 2025 Anti-Cheat Audit covering May through June 2025. The audit reviews how well Krafton’s anti-cheat system performed against blatant, obvious cheaters in PUBG Battlegrounds on PC.
So what should a competent anti-cheat system realistically catch? 80–90% of the most blatant offenders? Maybe even higher than 90%? Unfortunately, the numbers here are shocking—Krafton’s system only detected and acted on just over 50% of the obvious cheaters flagged in this period.
That’s far below what legitimate players expect. Even worse, many of these accounts were reported multiple times by players and yet no action was ever taken.
The question remains: Are PUBG devs blind to cheating, or are they simply ignoring the problem?
