Hello friends, thank you for tuning into this tutorial of Datateks. In this tutorial, we are looking at how to combine Microsoft word and Microsoft Access to do bulk certificate creation through the mail merge features in both applications.
We create certificates in word by using templates.
These certificates will be linked to an access data table containing students records for duplication.

It saves us time when issuing certificate of graduation
It can be used to produce several ID cards for students or employees
Live data becomes fetched automatically
Certificates printed for any number of students which is impossible to be done manually.
