Gekido PAL with NTSC OST
Had to do a few edits to the end of the songs to fit in the PAL Gekido dump, but overall seems to work fine. This way you could have both the intended PAL speed and the cool NTSC soundtrack.
I'll get around releasing this mod as a patch once i find a good way to format it.
Sidenote, played on Duckstation with PGXP and downscaling.
