After driving 65 kilometers from Lake Haruna in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, I arrived in Ota City. This is the site of the headquarters of Nakajima Aircraft, the predecessor of Subaru, which was the largest aircraft manufacturer in East Asia and one of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers until the end of World War II. Currently, Subaru's main factory is located here.

I wanted to tour the factory and see the exhibits from the Subaru Visitor Center, but it seems you need to make a reservation at least 20 days in advance, so I gave up this time.
