A global movement for reproductive freedom | Ideas for Freedom 2022
The overturning of Roe v. Wade has restricted access to abortion for millions of women in the US. In Poland, the right to a legal abortion is severely limited. Abortion was a crime in Chile until 2017, when the law was changed to allow for narrow exceptions. At our recent Ideas for Freedom event (2-3 July), we heard from activists in Poland and Chile and discussed how socialist-feminists should fight back for reproductive freedom.
