RNA quality testing with Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 is a very useful tool to assess the quality of RNA. It gives you RIN with a maximum value of 10 and 28s/18s ratio which ideally should be 2 or more. However, it is important that you look at the actual bands as well that give you further information as explained in the video.
