National Geographic Moment - Osprey Eats Fish
We caught this clip of a local Beach Osprey in Hanna Park, (Jacksonville Florida). This bird allowed us to get within 6' for 20 minutes of photos and video without budging. The Ospreys, Pandion haliaetus, are a common bird along waterways around the world. A fish eater primarily, they do eat rodents on occasion.
